I've Been Running on the Railraod...

Denver is a great place to run. We visited Boulder and Royal Gorge. Photos are coming. But I did my running on or next to a railroad track north of Denver. Now I'm back in Dc and the weather is hot, hot, hot.

Just visiting...JFK was my first, too! Great time!

I grew up in DC and it always serves up plenty of HOT and humid all summer.

Not sure if you caught Forbidden drive while in Philly...it's a dirt road/trail near the art museum loop...some of the best running in Philly!

Hi Concrete angel. I love your blog. I'll have to check out forbidden drive next time I'm in Philly. Scott and I are anxious to run our first 50 miler. It should be fun. And I can't waqit to discover the ultra running scene here on the east coast. I just began trail running the pasat two years on the PCT in Southern California. I've heard so much about the coll trails in the East.
